Rodney Lewis
Rod Lewis, owner and operator of THE 515 operation, is a 38 year veteran of the music business--27 of those years living and working in Nashville. As a bass player, he has toured with many Country and Rock recording artists including Dale Watson, Gary Allen and Chris Cummings. In the studio he has recorded or engineered numerous artists including John Berry, Aaron Tippin, Jeffrey Steele and many others. Rod has also had success as a songwriter having many of his songs recorded and commercially released by major label recording artists. In 2001, Rod decided to settle down and stop touring. His decision led him to build THE 515 Studio and he has enjoyed being a studio owner and Nashville musician since that time.
Chip Hardy
Chip Hardy moved to Nashville in December of 1973 and has been a part of the Nashville music business community for over 45 years. He began his career as a songwriter and has had his songs recorded by many major label recording artists. Chip was a signed staff writer at Tree International Music Publishing Company and Electra-Asylum Music.
From 1982 to 1989 he was a member of the A&R staff at MCA Records and had the pleasure of working with many of their recording artists such as George Strait, Reba McEntire, Waylon Jennings, Barbara Mandrell, Roger Miller and Loretta Lynn. Chip produced projects on Loretta Lynn, Joe Barnhill, Rick & Janis Carnes and The Vega Bros. and was in charge of the MCA Records, Nashville, artist development program where he worked with Patty Loveless and numerous others.

Jesse Lavigne
Jesse Lavigne has been recording bands for over 10 years. In 2015, Jesse moved to Nashville to study Audio Engineering at the Blackbird Academy. Since then, he’s been engineering, mixing, and building tracks at studios throughout Nashville. Jesse also grew up playing music— he studied classical piano and taught himself guitar. And now he is the main tracking and mixing engineer at The 515. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing live shows with several bands in town. His goal is to determine exactly what YOUR vision is and execute it to serve the song in the best way possible. You will be delivered a product that is ready to be commercially released and able to compete with ANYTHING out there.
Bobby Holland
Bobby Holland is a Grammy nominated producer/engineer/musician born and raised in Nashville, TN. He has been playing and recording music since the moment he realized it was possible. Bobby started out as an intern at The 515 when he was in college at MTSU. Now he operates his own studio in Berry Hill, TN and is predominantly producing and mixing records for artists that he adores. Somehow, he still finds time to mix for us on occasion. In fact, Bobby has mixed well over 5,000 songs for us. He also does a lot of mastering for us. We feel honored and privileged to have him around and we hope you will too.
